Carpet Backing Coating

The back of a carpet is half its performance. A non-slip base, a firm backing that locks the tufts, and drying that keeps up with your production speed — the three things a carpet manufacturer expects from a coating line.

CEMAY carpet back anti-slip coating and lamination lines are built for latex, gel foam (anti-slip embossing) and SBR applications on woven and tufted carpet, in working widths from 2200 mm up to 5000 mm, with roller, kiss-roll or knife-on-air configurations. Pile-protecting drying chambers, IR pre-drying and embossing options are added to the line according to your process needs.

Every line is sized for your product and capacity at the quotation stage; installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering.
