The woven carpet backing (kiss-roll) coating line is built at large-plant scale for latex/SBR backing on woven carpet. A kiss-roll coating head, 4-room gas drying with a closed-steam option, a double J-Box (40 m) accumulator and SAP/ERP integration are the configuration we quote for plants at the scale of Oriental Weavers and alpin.

Working width reaches up to 5000 mm; line speed, coat weight and drying capacity are sized to your product. Installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering; technical documentation is available in English.
