Tarpaulin and technical textiles stand or fall on coating quality. Waterproofing, UV and abrasion resistance, a consistent coat weight and an even surface — that is the baseline a tarpaulin manufacturer expects from a coating line.

CEMAY tarpaulin / technical-textile combined coating lines are built up to 3400 mm working width, with combined knife-over-air and knife-over-roll coating, multi-chamber electric drying and a high-pressure smoothing calender. PVC- and PU-based coating recipes, infeed tension and temperature control are sized to your product.

The line is configured for your product and capacity at the quotation stage; installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering.
