This Privacy Policy explains how CEMAY International ("CEMAY") processes, stores and protects the personal data collected through this website. For the detailed legal notice, see the KVKK Privacy Notice.
What data do we collect?
- Quote (RFQ) and ask-an-expert requests: full name, company, e-mail, phone, country/city, contact preference, plus the message and files you attach.
- Contact form: name, e-mail and your message.
- Newsletter subscription: your e-mail address together with the date and source of your KVKK and commercial-message (ETK) consents.
- Cookies and similar storage: detailed in the Cookie Policy; no non-essential cookie is used without your consent.
What do we use your data for?
We use your personal data only to answer your request and run the quotation process, to send the newsletter if you have consented, and to meet our legal obligations. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing.
Retention periods
The retention period and end-of-period method for each data type we collect:
