The knife coating machine is the coating unit at the heart of CEMAY's coating and lamination lines. It is built in single- and double-head configurations up to 3400 mm coating width, for carpet backing, tarpaulin, technical textile and coated-fabric applications.

The Ø500 mm chrome-plated back coating cylinder, three Ø193 mm chrome-plated idle cylinders, a doctor blade and a floating knife control coating thickness to your recipe. A frequency-inverter AC motor drive synchronizes speed and tension with the line; micrometric knife adjustment is shown on screen, and an explosion-proof version is optional.

The user guide and technical documentation are available in Turkish and English; installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering.
