How it works
- Line assessment: the current state, bottlenecks and improvement goals are identified.
- Improvement plan: which unit/section is renewed and the expected gain are clarified.
- Retrofit work: unit renewal, addition or reconfiguration is carried out.
- Recommissioning: the updated line is calibrated and returned to production.
