KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice is provided by CEMAY International ("CEMAY") as data controller under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Personal data processed and the purposes
- Quote (RFQ) and ask-an-expert forms: your identity and contact details (full name, company, e-mail, phone, country/city, contact preference) together with your message and attached files — processed to answer your request, prepare a quotation and communicate with you.
- Contact form: name, e-mail and your message — processed to answer your enquiry.
- Newsletter subscription: your e-mail address — processed on the basis of your explicit consent to send the newsletter; the date and source of your commercial-message consent under Law No. 6563 is recorded in a form suitable for the İYS (Message Management System) notification.
- Cookie data: in the categories described in the Cookie Policy; apart from the strictly necessary ones, only with your consent.
Legal basis
Form data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2-c (processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); the newsletter subscription and non-essential cookies rest on your explicit consent under art. 5/1.
Transfers
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for marketing. It is shared only with the technical infrastructure required to provide the service (hosting, e-mail delivery).
Retention periods

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
