The synthetic leather & coagulation line is built to apply PVC/PU-based layers on a base fabric and — in the coagulation process — to obtain the porous structure that gives a real-leather feel through a coagulation bath, washing and drying.

This line is among the application areas of the CEMAY catalogue; the configuration is engineered to your recipe and capacity. Installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering.
