Tarpaulin Coating Line

The tarpaulin / technical-textile combined coating line consists of an unwinder, a three-roll conditioning group (two hot ironing rolls + one cold roll), a combined knife-over-air / knife-over-roll coating machine, a 6-chamber electric dryer (18 m total, 80 kW resistance per chamber), a 40-tonne water-cooled horizontal calender, a haul-off unit, dual cooling output cylinders and a winder.

It runs at 3400 mm fabric working width and 2–50 m/min line speed; supplied at 3×400 V with 110 V control voltage, IP55 protection and fully automatic HMI control with per-chamber PID temperature control that synchronizes speed, tension, temperature and pressure. The coating cylinder is Ø500 mm, chrome-plated and held to ±0.005 mm precision; infeed tension is adjustable from 0 to 100 kg. Pre-calender IR heating is optional.
