The PVC coating line is built for technical-textile PVC coating and for heavy PVC/bitumen-based backing on carpet tiles. A knife-coating head, gas/IR drying and stabilization (RAM) are configured to the catalogue and the HAS Carpet Tile RAM CAD.

Coat weight, the number of passes and line speed are sized to your product; installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering.
