Coating line producing blackout curtain fabric up to 3400 mm working width, with opaque (multi-pass) knife coating and multi-chamber drying.

The blackout coating line applies the opaque coating layer that gives curtain fabric full light cut-off. A knife-coating head, multi-chamber drying and smoothing run a usually three-pass opaque recipe; the number of passes and the coat weight are set to your product.

On our Ateja and Brillant installations, 340 cm is the typical width. Working width reaches up to 3400 mm; installation and commissioning are carried out by CEMAY engineering.
